A lot of places just tell you what you want to hear to make money but you were different even after I changed my mind a few times. Our experience with the company was as good as it could have been so I wouldn’t go anywhere else in the future.

My experience with Brighton Electric was excellent! The man who came to my house was very helpful. He was very courteous and informative. I don’t know a lot about these kinds of things but he explained my problem to me in a way that I could understand. He even gave me more than one option to solve it… which was an easy choice after he explained the problem. I trust them and every staff member I talked with was nice.

We had a power outage in our Ocean City New Jersey rental condo. Ross was amazing! He responded quickly to our emergency situation , identified the problem and was able to resolve in a timely manner. He brought incredible insight and expert professionalism to the job. He had our unit up and running by the next day and was able to temporarily restore power immediately. We had a power surge that blew out our electrical panel and had to be completely replaced. I highly recommend Brighton Electric and would specifically request Ross. Had an issue with my air conditioner circuit in the middle of a heat wave on a Saturday evening. To my amazement they answered the phone and had someone out to me within an hour. They found the issue and got my ac working again. They also offered to return asap if the issue came back up. Honest business , no attempt to up charge for things I didn’t need , explained everything fully as well .
